Deputy Civil Engineer

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
• Managing and mentoring junior engineers to ensure their professional development.
• Ensuring all projects are completed safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing civil engineering projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in civil engineering.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
