📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the operation and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.,Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.,Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues and breakdowns.,Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality control reports.,Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and productivity.,Support the production manager in implementing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.,Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.,Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in the production process.,Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Basic understanding of Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
