As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including discipline, grievances, and performance management.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
