📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Supervise and train junior staff members.,Ensure the kitchen is well-stocked and organized.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Contribute to the development of new menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant or kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule.
