📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and maintain accurate records.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.,Implement and maintain safety protocols in the warehouse environment.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.,Participate in inventory audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with inventory control and quality control processes.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
