📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage and maintain the hotel's linen and towels, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing.
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of financial transactions and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and team members, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with the hotel team to support and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and accounting software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory.
