PT Berkah Emas is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. This is an urgent position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as local regulations and guidelines.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the menu, services, and company policies.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and guidelines.,A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to customer satisfaction.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
