Klinik Sari Bakery is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff members, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor and troubleshoot network and server issues to prevent downtime.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.,Document IT procedures and create user manuals for staff members.,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and upgrades.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to new staff members on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support software and tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
