📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement talent strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives.
Design and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
Oversee the recruitment and development of the workforce, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and ensure talent strategies are effectively implemented.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and compensation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management and compensation, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.
Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
