📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain optimal product availability.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet performance standards and understand company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and other management documents.,Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations.
