Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities,Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of tasks,Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient use of resources,Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards,Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures,Provide support in the development and maintenance of production schedules,Assist in the resolution of production issues and problems,Provide support in the training and development of production staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with production software and tools,Ability to travel as required by the role,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
