📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and execution of special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer service.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.
