📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering incoming calls from potential customers and providing information about our products and services.,Assisting in the sales process by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments.,Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and data.,Assisting in the management of the company's customer database.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries or complaints.,Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for the sales team.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of sales strategies.,Adhering to company policies and procedures related to telemarketing and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good understanding of Indonesian language and English (spoken and written).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
