📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Support the Recruitment Specialist in managing and maintaining the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).,Conduct initial screening interviews and provide feedback to the hiring manager.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with relevant departments.,Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
