PT Galih Harapan is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
