PT Upartners Sukses Bersama is seeking an HR Generalist (F&B Industry) to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks in the dynamic Food & Beverage sector. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for various HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will work closely with department heads to ensure that our workforce is aligned with our business goals. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for the F&B industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes for various positions within the F&B industry.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR.
• Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
