HRIS Technical Consultant

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct technical assessments and gap analysis of clients' existing HR systems
• Design and implement HRIS solutions using platforms like Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday
• Provide technical support and training to clients' HR teams
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business applications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in HRIS
• Document technical processes and create user manuals for clients
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of HRIS solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS implementation and support
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Certification in HRIS or related technical fields is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
