Web Glow Lestari is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and a passion for learning and growing in the finance field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Provide accounting support to other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit necessary documentation for audits and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.
