Diamond Point Unggul is seeking a talented and motivated Junior HR Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other relevant documents.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the implementation of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (optional for recent graduates).,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
