📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the bartending operations and ensure smooth service during peak hours.,Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Train and mentor junior bartenders to ensure high standards of service.,Manage inventory and place orders for bar supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid ID and age requirement as per local laws.
