CV Mega Abadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and meet all safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Implement and enforce fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance.,Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Knowledge of local and national transportation regulations and safety standards.
