📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the production process for plastic injection parts, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic injection manufacturing or a related field.
• Proven experience in New Product Development (NPD) and parts production.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and materials.
• Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Experience with production planning and control systems such as ERP or MES.
• Understanding of quality control and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
