📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.,Coordinate with team members to resolve any production issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the production or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
