📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions.,Maintain and update job descriptions and postings on various job boards and career websites.,Conduct background checks and verify the credentials of potential candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
