NEXA Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our remote outlet in Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time remote position with the opportunity to work from home while managing a team and ensuring the smooth operation of the outlet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the outlet, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the brand.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop the sales team to meet performance targets.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
