📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of success in managing HR activities.
