📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects,Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards,Managing and supervising a team of workers, including contractors and subcontractors,Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations,Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met,Maintaining accurate records of project progress and expenses,Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise on the job site,Ensuring that all workers are properly trained and equipped for their tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role,Proven track record of managing construction projects,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards
