📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct cost variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the manufacturing department.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support operational planning.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.,Provide financial support to the manufacturing team, including cost allocation and pricing analysis.,Participate in cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
