In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Write user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials for end-users,Provide feedback on technical content to improve overall quality and readability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written communication skills in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Knowledge of API documentation standards and best practices
