📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide prenatal and postnatal care to expectant and new mothers.
- Conduct vaccinations and immunizations for children and adults.
- Offer family planning services and educate clients on reproductive health.
- Monitor and record patient health data using SIMRS Kesehatan and SIMKES.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in health education programs to promote community well-being.
- Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Keperawatan) or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Bidan or similar role.
- Valid certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board (DINAS).
- Proficiency in using SIMRS Kesehatan and SIMKES.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Commitment to serving the community and promoting health education.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
