Corporate Lawyer - Bali's Dynamic Business Hub

PT The Paralian Uluwatu is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be at the forefront of shaping legal strategies that drive our business forward in Bali’s dynamic and international business environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across a wide range of corporate matters, including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our legal practices align with our business objectives and that we remain compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the management team on a wide range of corporate matters, including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including corporate and commercial laws, labor laws, and environmental laws.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to identify potential legal risks and opportunities.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, both domestically and internationally.
• Provide training and support to other members of the team on legal matters.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with external legal advisors and consultants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.
• Professional certification as a corporate lawyer, such as an Advokat or a Notaris, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate and commercial laws, as well as international business practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
• Experience working in a dynamic, international business environment is a plus.
