📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping, to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the villa.
• Prepare and maintain the villa for guests, including making beds, changing linens, and organizing living spaces.
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking, following the client's preferences and dietary requirements.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding clothes to ensure a well-organized wardrobe.
• Assist with grocery shopping and meal planning to support the client's culinary needs.
• Provide personalized service to guests, including assisting with check-in and check-out, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning appliances, wiping surfaces, and organizing pantry items.
• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, including setting the table and clearing dishes after use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Household Assistant or similar role in a luxury setting.
• Familiarity with luxury cleaning standards and protocols, including the use of high-quality cleaning products and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and guests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the villa.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with local regulations and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of clients and guests.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support the client's schedule.
