Key Responsibilities:

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management and compensation, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
