In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising audit engagements, managing teams, and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of audit work. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise audit engagements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international audit standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Conduct fieldwork, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and audit software.
• Prepare and present audit reports, providing clear and concise recommendations to clients.
• Manage audit teams, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to address audit issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends, applying best practices to audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CA) is preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in audit, with a focus on financial statement audits.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international audit standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Experience using audit software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
