🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in assessment and evaluation, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
• Strong knowledge of provincial regulations and standards related to local governance and community development.
• Proven track record of overseeing assessment and evaluation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with assessment and evaluation software such as SAS, SPSS, or similar tools.
