📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide prenatal and postnatal care to expectant and new mothers.
• Conduct vaccinations and immunizations for children and adults.
• Offer family planning services and educate clients on reproductive health.
• Monitor and record patient health data using SIMRS Kesehatan and SIMKES.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in health education programs to promote community well-being.
• Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Keperawatan) or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Bidan or similar role.
• Valid certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board (DINAS).
• Proficiency in using SIMRS Kesehatan and SIMKES.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Commitment to serving the community and promoting health education.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
