• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails using premium spirits, liqueurs, and fresh ingredients.
• Create and perfect new cocktail recipes to keep our menu exciting and innovative.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and recommending the perfect drink for their preferences.
• Work efficiently during peak hours, managing multiple orders and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mixology and continuously improve your skills.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in team events and special projects to enhance the overall guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a high-end or creative bar setting.
• Proven ability to create and serve high-quality cocktails with a focus on creativity and innovation.
• Strong knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and mixers, with the ability to recommend the best options for guests.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.
• Proficiency in using bar tools and equipment, including shakers, jiggers, and blenders.
• Familiarity with cocktail-making software such as Cocktail Flow or BarTab.
• Certification in mixology or bartending (e.g., from the Bartending & Mixology School) is a plus.
• Passionate about mixology and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
