📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure
- Set up and configure new workstations, including hardware and software installations
- Monitor and maintain network performance, including servers, routers, and switches
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and other IT staff
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications
- Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
