📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the banking project.
Analyze and understand business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align project teams and stakeholders.
Create and maintain project documentation using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to ensure timely delivery.
Work with project managers to ensure the project stays on track and meets business objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT and banking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools, such as BPMN, UML, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with banking or financial services industry is a plus.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
Certification in ITIL or PMP is a plus.
