📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of burgers, sandwiches, and snacks according to standard recipes and quality guidelines
• Assist customers with ordering and provide friendly, efficient service
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cooking equipment and serving areas
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Handle cash transactions and manage cash drawer
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including timekeeping and uniform standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food or restaurant industry
• Familiarity with food handling and preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand for long periods of time
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
