📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements using SAP and Excel
• Support the accounts receivable process, including invoice processing, collections, and follow-ups
• Participate in the e-invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable with bank statements
• Prepare and present financial reports to the management team
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a finance, accounting, or related degree program
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
